If customers is YES to BOTH 1 and 2 then they are viable to  L

1. No missed payments for the last 9 months 

2. Are deemed Vulnerable within Blokhouse CRM

- Send SMS confirmation to confirm the action taken. 

- Raise Interest Reduction case on CRM
